Return Policy
Malia Grace Jewelry offers a 30-day money back guarantee. Return requests made within 30 days are eligible for a refund. The item(s) must be unaltered, undamaged, and returned in the original packaging. We cannot accept returns for items that have been damaged due to mishandling.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method, such as the credit card, PayPal, or any other payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed.
Please note that Malia Grace Jewelry is not responsible for any items that are late, lost, damaged or stolen during the return shipping process. We highly recommend using an insured courier, such as FedEx or UPS, and retaining the receipt for your records.
Sale items are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Damages and other issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions/Non-returnable items
We do not accept returns or replace items that show wear. For more information on how to properly care for your jewelry, please refer to our jewelry care section. Sale items are not refundable.
