How do I use my Claspable™ Adjustable Clasp Converter?

Will my Claspable™ work with necklaces I already own?
Yes! Currently, Claspables™ are compatible with lobster and spring-type clasps. 

Can I sleep with my Claspable™ on?

We do not recommend sleeping while wearing your Claspable™. They are designed to be easily removed before sleeping to prevent damage.

Can I wear my jewelry in water? 

You can safely wear your gold-filled and gold vermeil jewelry in water. However, we recommend removing your jewelry before entering swimming pools, oceans, and hot tubs as the salt and chemicals can harm your jewelry.

When will I receive my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that any FedEx Overnight orders placed after 1 pm EST on Friday will not be shipped until the following Monday. We cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been marked as "delivered" by the courier. 

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship in the USA. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

My order has shipped, but the tracking information isn't updating!
